Calf Raises
Most power while taking a vertical leap comes from calf muscles.
  • With hands by your side stand straight.
  • Raise your toes and stay on this position for 3-5 seconds.
  • Then return to start position.
  • Repeat these steps 15 times and then after taking a break of 1 minute again repeat the complete set.
Doing this at least 3 times a day will increase the strength of your calf muscles.

Sprinting

  • Now sprint 10 yards wearing the shoes and then walk 10 yards.

  • Hop as fast as you can for 10 yards first with right leg than left leg.
  • After a 1 minute break repeat the exercise.

Running
Run nearly 2 miles on alternate days. It will help built up your hip and leg muscles and also reduce fat from your body.

Food Intake
  • In food, for protein take fish and white meat chicken.
  • Eat fresh vegetables daily in two portions.
  • Take fresh fruits 1 portion.
  • Control the consumption of red meat, alcohol, carbonated drinks.
  • Drink 8 ounces of water per day.
