This hormone is responsible for increasing bone density in women and also good in controlling cholesterol and helps in improving cardiovascular process. Testosterone: There are one more hormones which provide wellness to the women of different ages. This hormone is Testosterone. This hormone is produced inside the ovaries. This hormone is not popular as female hormones and rightly so. The reason is that this hormone is not produced in females at high quantities. They are helpful in maintaining proper functioning of female reproductive system. This hormone is responsible for the sexual drive in women. The amount of testosterone hormone levels in females is highest in the age of 20 and this is why it is considered best age to have healthy pregnancy, delivery and labor.

Natural decrease in the production of these hormones are seen with increasing age, but even in those times if the productions of these hormones are somehow increased then that can help woman fight plenty of ageing signs. But any unnatural increase or decrease in the production of these hormones can lead into diseases which may have both short term and long term implications on the health of a woman.
